Scholarships
I propose that we coordinate scholarships for Producer IDs and workshop fees. This used to be an option in the 1980s at ACTV, especially for young people struggling with the cost of access production. We might even add videotape fee scholarships. The money could come from donations from producers, businesses, staff, community and a small portion ($5 - $10) of each producer ID fee could go towards this cause, etc. |

| I agree with the proposal, but also agree with Jeff's comment that the ED should raise this scholarship fund. |

| I think it is part of the ED job to aquire aditional funds. These funds could be used for scholarships. Don't make producers pay more. |
