No Mandatory Training for Assistants
Producers should not be forced to have their assistants take official certification training in order to touch the equipment. Producers should continue to be made responsible for damage done by those they choose to assist them. Producers should continue to be responsible for the training of those assistants. (Linda and Garry have mentioned that this is something they want to implement. There would be fees and classes for anyone who is to help a producer with the production. This is in reponse to some producers damaging equipment, but those producers who choose not to train their assistants should be held responsible. This is currently the contract that we sign. There is no extra certification necessary) |
